What do I need to do in order to view an online service?
You must have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. You can download it here.
Do I need to have a Facebook account in order to watch or interact with the online service?
You do not have to have a Facebook account to watch the service. However, you do need a Facebook account to post on the wall.
I don't have a Facebook account, can I still view the wall?
Yes, you are able to view people's comments, just not interact or post a comment.
My Facebook password isn't working or I have forgotten my Facebook password, how can I retrieve it?
You must go through Facebook.com to retrieve your password as we do not handle any technical issues for Facebook accounts.
How much does Media Social cost?
There is a onetime setup fee of $495 and a month subscription fee of $99 per month that covers 50GB of bandwidth and basic updates to the platform. Bandwidth used after the 50 Gigabytes within a month is charged at $0.40 per Gigabytes.
I'm trying to directly chat with someone but nothing happens when I click on that chat button next to their name.
Make sure you have pop up blockers disabled. Also, make sure the window isn't being hidden behind any other windows.
I don't see a video screen... Why?

Can I invite my friends to the Live Feed?
Yes, you also have the ability to use the Twitter, Facebook & Email icons to tell your friends.
