What do I need to do in order to view an online service?

You must have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. You can download it here.

Do I need to have a Facebook account in order to watch or interact with the online service?

You do not have to have a Facebook account to watch the service. However you do need a Facebook account to post on the wall.

I don't have a Facebook account, can I still view the wall?

Yes you are able to view people's comments, just not interact or post a comment.

My Facebook password isn't working or I have forgotten my Facebook password, how can I retrieve it?

You must go through Facebook.com to retrieve your password as we do not handle any technical issues for Facebook accounts.

I'm trying to directly chat with someone but nothing happens when I click on that chat button next to their name.

Make sure you have pop up blockers disabled. Also make sure the window isn't being hidden behind any other windows.

I don't see a video screen... Why?

You must have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player in order to see the service.

I have the lastest Flash Player installed on my browser and the video is still not coming up, what's going on?

  • If you recently installed the latest Flash Player, please restart your browser by quitting the browser application and relaunching it.
  • It also may take a moment for the stream to connect based on your internet connection, so hold tight :)

Can I invite my friends to the Live Feed?

Yes, you also have the ability to use the Twitter, Facebook & Email icons to tell your friends.
